    Rates for Villa Rental and Experiences

    Villa rental
    If you don’t find exactly what you are looking for amongst our standard packages, then write to us with your special request. We will try to fulfill it whenever possible! All prices include VAT. Prices apply to the 2026 season. Check-in on Sunday Check-out on Saturday, 11 am Villa rental up to 18 people per week (6 nights) Low Season (Nov-Feb): €38,500 Mid Season (Mar or Oct): €42.500 High Season (Apr-Sept): €46,500  Write to us for specific prices if you plan to have 19-22 guests in your group, or if you would like a special proposal for 5 or 7 nights  
    • Church Rental (single-day event): €2,000 (6-hour event; excluding villa, gardens and pool)
    • Villa & Church Wedding Package (3-day stay): €50,000 (Includes accommodations for up to 18 guests, use of the church, gardens, and pool area).
    • Extra Laundry Service for Towels and Linens: €110 per day
    • Extra Time for Cleaning Staff: €35 per hour/guest
    • Grocery Delivery Service (APA): To be determined (TBD), approximately € 7,000.00
    • Tourist Tax: €6 per guest, per day (for each adult above 16 years of age)
    Refundable security deposit of €5000,00, returned within 7 days of departure, less any damages.
    1. Concierge welcome & orientation – 2hrs orientation upon arrival, daily visits with cleaning staff, on call the rest of the day
    2. Daily continental breakfast with locally sourced ingredients
    3. Delivered welcome dinner upon arrival
    4. Daily housekeeping, linen service and pool towels (Bed linens and bath towels are changed mid-week)
    5. Pool & garden maintenance
    6. Personal concierge assistance for tailored experiences (to book in advance)
