Rates for Villa Rental and Experiences

If you don’t find exactly what you are looking for amongst our standard packages, then write to us with your special request. We will try to fulfil it whenever possible!
All prices include VAT. Prices apply to the 2026 season.

Villa rental up to 18 people per week (6 nights)
From €38,500 (Low Season) to €46,500 (High Season)
Write to us for specific prices if you plan to have 19-22 guests in your group, or if you would like a special proposal for 5 or 7 nights
Wedding & Events Packages
- Church Rental (single-day event): €2,000 (6-hour event; excluding villa, gardens and pool)
- Villa & Church Wedding Package (3-day stay): €50,000 (Includes accommodations for up to 18 guests, use of the church, gardens, and pool area).
Additional Costs
- Extra Laundry Service for Towels and Linens: €110 per day
- Extra Time for Cleaning Staff: €35 per hour/guest
- Grocery Delivery Service (APA): To be determined (TBD), approximately € 7,000.00
- Sojourn Tax: €6 per guest, per day (for each adult above 16 years of age)
Refundable deposit: €5000,00 to be refunded 7 days after departure, net of value of any damage.
Included in Your Stay
- Concierge welcome & orientation – 2hrs orientation upon arrival, daily visits with cleaning staff, on call the rest of the day
- Daily continental breakfast with locally sourced ingredients
- Delivered welcome dinner upon arrival
- Daily housekeeping, linen service and pool towels (bed linens and bath towels are changed once per week)
- Pool & garden maintenance
- Personal concierge assistance for tailored experiences (to book in advance)
